think i shall start from the first day of school.....

7th April 08
First day of school already don't feel like going le. As usual, i leave house at 645am and met Jia qi to take 168. To our surprise....

its SO SO SO CROWDED can!
hey year 1, dont so early go school can or not. Don't so kan jiong can mah. First day of school late nevermind one right, but WE MIND OK!

was late, but lucky i was not downgraded.
This is a newly RP's system. Those who are later than 830am shall deduct 0.5 point from our daily grade. So that means if you got A-4.0, deduct 0.5 for lateness, you got a B. No B+. Sucks right. This is just just just SO RIDICULOUS.


10th April 08
WAS LATE FOR SCHOOL FINALLY! so planned to skip lesson.
slack the whole day in school....
and so..


was finally down with illness.


11th April 08
I really hate this teacher to the core! She sucks, she sucks, she sucks!
Her look already irritating still continue to irritate me. GRrr!
I don't know what have my team done wrong, she keep criticise on us.
We presented a slide which is quite important, we tried our best to explain EVERYTHING we know. But the faci shoot a question that we are unsure of, and she ended " please be prepared the next time when you present, don't show or even explain some points which you yourself don't even understand ". Oh, fuck.

she gave me a C grade.

everything was fine... was busy with my orchestra training over the weekends. Doesn't really have a good long rest, but its ok. Oh yah, its starting of my 2nd week.
I had constantly reached school at 730am. (:



knows whats this? im a early bird ok!

TODAY, its that **** teacher lesson again. I participated in her activity, actively respond in questions and answers. Presented EVERYTHING i know ONLY, yet...
my team presented a slide together which we planned to choose 1 and talk, so we got only 4 points in total.
"are that all your team have?"
"yar, we decide to each focus on 1, so that we can explain more on the individual"
"so what about the rest of the points?"
"we did want to include, but because we are not very sure what is it and can't get its meaning, so we decided to share what we are sure of instead inorder to be prepared for any questions"
"do you know that this is not a encourage way of doing? even if you are unsure of, try to read and understand, at least share with the class what you all understand, now go back."

oh f, f, f, f, f, f, f,f , fuck.
really hate her to the core. I think i'm going to complain her.



Ohmy, such faci still exist. What did we done wrong for such a criticism? and whats more ONLY OUR TEAM?!?! i examine the other teams too, such EASY question they couldn't answer also no extra comments, some when present still say "sorry i wasn't very sure", faci respond was "haha, its ok, carry on". Attitude totally different! I had already questioned her in my RJ, i don't care how she going to grade me in the future, but this is really so unfair. I just hate her.

i'm so BORED. stuck in RP's IT HELPDESK again. don't know what the f* my com has. give me SO MUCH problem.

wanted to BLOG about diana's birthday but its like SO LAG lar! the pictures she send me is SO SO SO SO SO BIG! i need photoshop to help me resize all at 1 go. but my com doesn't allow me to install! f*

wanted to go for a short vacation so much but no $. how to go? school starting soon, f*.

ok, since i'm bored, i'm going to find a topic to start my almost-dying-blog.

HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

haha. nice.
So what is a healthy lifestyle?
People have different ways of describing a healthy lifestyle. But for most, it means living life in a way that helps the person to be both physically and emotionally health. Many things go into creating a healthy lifestyle, including:

1) Positive Relationship
2) Appropriate Exercise

3) Proper Nutrition
4) Adequate rest




The choice you made each day actually decide how healthy you want you to be. Be a happy person tomorrow, have some exercise or settle your lunch at the fast food restaurant. But take note, health problem mostly associated with poor diet.

Some suggestion to maintain a healthy lifestyle:

#1: Eat a Variety of Foods.
#2: Balance the Food you Eat with Physical activity to maintain or improve you weight.

#3: Choose a Diet with plenty of Fruits, Vegetables, and Grain Products help reduce risk of heart disease and stroke.
#4: Choose a Diet Low in fat, Saturated Fat and Cholesterol.

#5: Choose a Diet with Moderate sugars foods.

#6: Less salt
#7: AVOID ALCOHOL! (important)



Good tips to those who always feel hungry, its because due to some medication which you took that increase your appetite:

#1: Take a walk when you feel hungry(you won't die of hunger by doing this luh!)
#2: Drink plain water
#3: chew sugar free gum or mint

Please know how to identify/know the difference between "mouth hunger" (the urge to use food to soothe feelings or boredom, nervousness, anger, sadness, or stress) and "stomach hunger". If not you will just continue to gain weight unknowingly!
