i'm so BORED. stuck in RP's IT HELPDESK again. don't know what the f* my com has. give me SO MUCH problem.
wanted to BLOG about diana's birthday but its like SO LAG lar! the pictures she send me is SO SO SO SO SO BIG! i need photoshop to help me resize all at 1 go. but my com doesn't allow me to install! f*
wanted to go for a short vacation so much but no $. how to go? school starting soon, f*.
ok, since i'm bored, i'm going to find a topic to start my almost-dying-blog.
HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
haha. nice.
So what is a healthy lifestyle?
People have different ways of describing a healthy lifestyle. But for most, it means living life in a way that helps the person to be both physically and emotionally health. Many things go into creating a healthy lifestyle, including:
1) Positive Relationship
2) Appropriate Exercise
3) Proper Nutrition
4) Adequate rest
The choice you made each day actually decide how healthy you want you to be. Be a happy person tomorrow, have some exercise or settle your lunch at the fast food restaurant. But take note, health problem mostly associated with poor diet.
Some suggestion to maintain a healthy lifestyle:
#1: Eat a Variety of Foods.
#2: Balance the Food you Eat with Physical activity to maintain or improve you weight.
#3: Choose a Diet with plenty of Fruits, Vegetables, and Grain Products help reduce risk of heart disease and stroke.
#4: Choose a Diet Low in fat, Saturated Fat and Cholesterol.
#5: Choose a Diet with Moderate sugars foods.
#6: Less salt
#7: AVOID ALCOHOL! (important)
Good tips to those who always feel hungry, its because due to some medication which you took that increase your appetite:
#1: Take a walk when you feel hungry(you won't die of hunger by doing this luh!)
#2: Drink plain water
#3: chew sugar free gum or mint
Please know how to identify/know the difference between "mouth hunger" (the urge to use food to soothe feelings or boredom, nervousness, anger, sadness, or stress) and "stomach hunger". If not you will just continue to gain weight unknowingly!
