HAHA my friend quit smoking :)

saw my MSN blinking this morning.. and OH! it's my friend Z (Zack is his name, but i always put it as Z cause it sounds the same : / )
we chatted, and suddenly he told me, "I've quit smoking."
I'm like.. WHAAAATTT!!? ARE YOU SURE?!

from what i remember about him, he's a really heavy smoker. smoking constantly without fail, one puff after another... If he can Quit, so can YOU!!!!!!
