StrawberryJello Cheese Cake :)

Posted by Peien at 12:00 PM

P/s This is a no-bake Cheese cake.

Ingredient:
Digestive Biscuit
Philadelphia Cheese
Whipped Cream
Sugar
Butter
Strawberry Jelly Powder
Strawberry (I use Grapes instead cause can't find strawberry :x)

Actually i got no exact recipe for this. So for all ingredient is just pure agaration.

Step 1: Crush digestive biscuit into fine fine pieces (like sand). For me, i crush like half pack of the digestive biscuit, depend how many cup you plan to make.

Step 2: Melt butter.

I've used like 1/3 of such butter.

Step 3: Pour melted butter slowly into crushed digestive biscuit. PLEASE try to gauge, enough is enough. Not too watery/oily, it'll be just nice if your biscuit looking abit damp. Mix well.

Step 4: Place into cup (for my case) and compress it well so it's tight. Put in to fridge and set base.

Step 5: Put the whole of Philadelphia Cheese into mixer bowl. Add abit of whipped cream and sugar to mix to lighten down the cheese taste. Don't add too much whipped cream, if not your cheese will turn out watery. Just keep adding bit by bit till you reached the taste of cheese to your liking.  The outcome for this mixture should be something thick, thicker than pancake mixture.

Step 6: Take out cup from fridge, add in 2nd layer (the cheese) then place it in the fridge again. Make sure your cheese is covering the circumference of the cup cause this is to prevent the jelly mix from flowing down to your biscuit.

Step 7: Make jelly. This one no need me teach i guess cause the packet itself will have instruction.

I'm using this jelly.

Step 8: Take out cup from fridge, put in fruits on ur cheese.

Step 9: Pour the jelly mixture on the cheese mixture. If jelly sinked in to your cheese, it means your cheese is still not readily set. Make sure your cheese is hard (not literally hard, make sure jelly liquid won't sink in can liao)

Step 10: Put in fridge to set. And you're done.

Mine taste heavenly. I made this for the boy's birthday and he asked for more after finishing his one. My family love it too. They thought everything was just nice (the portion, the cheese taste). I like it myself too.

Sorry there's no proper recipe for you to follow cause i'm so used to baking. I just do it my way which i think it's nicer. Don't follow strictly on recipe, follow your liking!

All ingredient is available at NTUC or any supermarket :)
