Farewell brunch: Rider's Cafe

Posted by Peien at 3:15 AM
Thank god it's a breezy Tuesday that we decided to have brunch at a relaxing place called Rider's Cafe.  It was our first time there, I would say it's really peace to eat and chill there (less the horse smell). Went to do some research on the place and i thought it might be a good idea to change a new environment to dine.

Coaster with horseshoe print on it.

Me.

But sad to say, there's nothing much to choose from the menu. I thought i saw some awesome food stuff from their web..... :( Neh mind. Since he's treating, then i'm going to order the most expensive food item in the menu!

tadah.. my Steak Lunch!

My steak look not bad right, but it taste quite bad actually. Now i miss the steak from Ship Restaurant! Arghhhh.

Oh yah, time to introduce my rich friend.
Adrian Lau.

He had left Singapore to France to work for a period of 2 years! Like wtf, freaking 2 years. Damn know how to enjoy life to the max.

Adrian is a very nice friend that i'm glad to have him around for the past few years. Come to think of it, i forgot to wish him bon voyage on the date he jet off.

Before we leave the place, he drove to park his car beside mine and open the back seat door of his car. At one moment, i thought he's giving me present siol.. but nope. It's a Hello Kitty polaroid camera which i strongly believe it belongs to his girlfriend. He said "Let's take a picture together."

Tadah~

"Dear Adrian,

I hope you excel in everything you do no matter where you are. Thanks for being such a wonderful friend. The thought of you always reminded me of that broken umbrella of yours HAHA. Hope you see a better me 2 years later, and i hope to see the new you when you're back. Can't wait. All the best, my friend.

P.s don't forget my presents!!!!

Bon Voyage. "
